The Philadelphia Eagles achieved a narrow victory against the Tennessee Titans with a final score of 24-20. The win was secured by a decisive touchdown pass from quarterback Jalen Hurts.
Hurts delivered a performance involving 264 passing yards and two touchdowns, although he also recorded two interceptions. The team’s ground game faced challenges, with Tank Bigsby as the top rusher, managing only 33 yards.
Starting the season with a 2-0 record under new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion, the Eagles’ offense has yet to meet expectations. Concerns remain about their potential moving forward.
ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith expressed his worries about the Eagles’ offensive performance during their 2026 campaign. He stated, “I’m concerned. I don’t like what I’m seeing with the Eagles’ offense. Jalen Hurts is a winner. He found a way. But the reality is, when you look at the potency of the Dallas Cowboys, when you look at the potency of offenses in the NFC North, when you look at the NFC West, you see a plethora of teams that can end up looking much much better than the Philadelphia Eagles if they don’t figure it out.”
The Eagles are set to face the Chicago Bears in a primetime “Monday Night Football” matchup in Week 3.
