Milania Giudice, known as the third daughter of Teresa Giudice from “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” faced legal issues last month. The Montville Township Police Department addressed a dispute in town on May 14, leading to Milania’s detention. Court records show she was held at 6:12 p.m.
According to Chief Andrew Caggiano, Milania, aged 20, was charged with Simple Assault, classified as a Disorderly Persons Offense under N.J.S.A. 2C: 12-1a(1). She has pleaded not guilty and awaits a future court date.
Caggiano noted that a criminal complaint is just an accusation. Milania remains innocent unless proven otherwise in a court of law.
Milania has been featured in several “Real Housewives of New Jersey” episodes alongside her mother, Teresa.
Teresa, along with her ex-husband Joe Giudice, shares four daughters: Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana. The couple, married for 20 years, separated in December 2019 and finalized their divorce in September 2020.
Teresa remarried Louis Ruelas in August 2022. Her past legal troubles included serving a prison sentence starting October 2014 for mail, wire, and bank fraud.
Joe completed a 41-month prison term by March 2019 and later deported to Italy.
Requests for comments from Giudice’s representatives remain unanswered.
