Authorities in Washington, D.C. have intensified efforts to locate Antoinette Forbes, a 53-year-old single mother missing for more than a week. Forbes holds the position of associate vice president and head of public affairs at Eli Lilly. Family, friends, and police have been actively searching since her last sighting on September 4 in the 3200 block of Nebraska Avenue NW.
The Metropolitan Police Department has classified Forbes’ disappearance as a critical missing person case and is urging the public to assist in locating her.
The National Presbyterian Church, where Forbes is a member, released a statement describing her disappearance from her home as occurring under ‘mysterious circumstances.’
Forbes is described as an Asian woman, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 115 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes; clothing details at the time of her disappearance remain unknown.
