Morgan Wallen concluded his “I’m the Problem” tour on a high note Saturday night in Philadelphia. The country star’s pre-show walkout at Lincoln Financial Field included a surprise appearance from Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean, which thrilled the home audience before Wallen even took the stage.
Wallen sported an Allen Iverson Philadelphia 76ers jersey during the walk to the stage; however, the previous night he wore DeJean’s No. 33 jersey. DeJean had known about the surprise all day. At Eagles practice earlier, he called Wallen wearing his jersey “sick” and expressed his admiration for the musician. He gave a hint to the anticipated collaboration, stating, “Stay tuned” in a video shared by the Eagles on social media.
DeJean has quickly risen in popularity in Philadelphia. He contributed to the Eagles’ victory in Super Bowl LIX and earned First-Team All-Pro honors in 2025. Celebrity appearances have become a hallmark of Wallen’s stadium shows. DeJean joins a lineup of prominent figures, including NFL stars like Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Patrick Mahomes, and more. Other notable personalities such as Caitlin Clark, Mike Tyson, and Connor McDavid have also appeared at Wallen’s events.
The concert concluded a two-night series at Lincoln Financial Field, marking the end of Wallen’s extensive stadium tour. The event featured supporting acts like Brooks & Dunn, Ella Langley, Hudson Westbrook, and Blake Whiten.
Though the tour has concluded, Wallen hinted at future plans during a recent performance in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He mentioned spending time in the studio, creating new music, and expressed enthusiasm about his forthcoming projects. Wallen’s blend of pop country and the NFL season approaching offer an exciting time for fans of both.
