David Beckham recently showcased a cowboy look as he prepared for a significant FIFA World Cup match between France and Spain. The 51-year-old former soccer star arrived in Dallas ahead of the 2026 World Cup semifinal and adopted the local style.
Upon his arrival, Beckham posted a photo on Instagram wearing a white cowboy hat. He captioned it with, “Nice warm welcome to Dallas 🤠 How do I look @colehauser22 ?? @stetsonusa thank you ❤️” The post caught the attention of “Yellowstone” star Cole Hauser, who commented, “Haha! Looking like Texas gangster. Enjoy!”
Fans reacted enthusiastically to Beckham’s new appearance with comments like, “Yeeeees!!!! Get a rope cowboy. 🔥🤠❤️💯🤣” and calling him “A true British cowboy! 🏴🤠.” Another fan remarked, “Cowboy hat suits you!! 🤠”
In the semifinal, Spain triumphed over France with a 2-0 victory. Spain now awaits its opponent in the finals, which will be either Argentina or England. David and Victoria Beckham were present to witness Spain’s win over France.
Earlier, Beckham celebrated England’s victory over Norway in the quarterfinals. He shared another Instagram photo featuring his wife Victoria and three of their children, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper, dressed in England team merchandise. He expressed his pride for the team reaching the semifinals and enjoying the moment with his family.
However, absent from these celebrations was the couple’s eldest son, Brooklyn. He has distanced himself from the family after accusing his parents of controlling him and focusing solely on the Beckham brand. His claims were posted on Instagram in January.
Victoria Beckham addressed her son’s statements during an interview with The Wall Street Journal. She stated, “We love our children very much. We’ve always tried to be the best parents that we can be… And, you know, we’ve been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we’ve ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children.”
