A statement from Six Flags Over Georgia indicated that both medical staff and local EMS were quick to respond. The four individuals affected were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

During severe weather that was impacting the park, medical staff and local EMS responded to four guests who were struck by a fallen tree near the park’s entrance.

The National Weather Service had issued a severe thunderstorm warning for metro Atlanta earlier. Details about the injured guests remain undisclosed, with no updates on their current conditions.

Social media posts captured the scene, displaying fire trucks, ambulances, and other emergency vehicles at the entrance. A video posted on Facebook depicted a once peaceful day at Six Flags turning chaotic after a storm, with reports of trees and large branches downed at the park’s exit walkway.

Additional footage on Reddit showed a large tree downed across part of the park. There were claims it might have touched the Mindbender roller coaster track, although no confirmation has been provided regarding any attraction or operational damage by Six Flags.

Previously, Fox News Digital reported a similar weather-related incident at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. A gust of wind caused a metal cabana frame to collapse, injuring five people at the pool area. Videos displayed visitors and employees working together to rescue those trapped under the fallen structure.
