Residents’ Concerns Raised by Commissioner

Commissioner Tom Donohue, who regularly visits the building, has reported worrying activities. Residents in the Fairlawn neighborhood have witnessed alarming incidents at the apartment complex. Reports include attempts to start fires with gasoline, drug transactions in public areas, and unauthorized entries into empty units.

The ongoing offenses prompted authorities to take legal action, aiming to hold the property owners accountable for not addressing the issues.
