Carmen Electra continues to hold her place as a sex symbol. At the age of 54, Electra is making a return to Playboy almost thirty years after her first appearance. Her message to critics is clear: age is not the deciding factor.

“Don’t let anyone tell you you’re too old,” she said. “That’s a myth. Live your life for yourself, not others. Change your thought process and start telling yourself you’re beautiful and good enough.”
Reflecting on her journey, Electra shares her interest in Buddhism and the importance of maintaining a youthful spirit.
Her journey into fame began with Playboy before “Baywatch.” Electra didn’t anticipate appearing in the magazine again, yet she embraced it.
