President Trump’s Health Report Released

President Trump’s latest health report, released by the White House, outlines the results of his recent physical exam conducted at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The report, authored by Dr. Sean P. Barbabella, highlights the 79-year-old president’s continued good health, emphasizing his strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical condition.

Mr. Trump, the oldest person inaugurated as president, underwent comprehensive physical and mental assessments. The report notes that the president had an echocardiogram to monitor his cardiovascular health, following increased testing last year. The test was prompted by a diagnosis of chronic venous insufficiency, which is a condition where veins struggle to return blood to the heart.

Mr. Trump has a history of high cholesterol, managed with two medications: Crestor and Zetia. He also takes a high dose of aspirin daily to mitigate the risk of heart attacks and strokes, despite medical guidelines suggesting a lower dosage.

The president completed a series of neurological tests at Walter Reed, including the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA), designed to detect dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other conditions. Mr. Trump achieved a perfect score of 30 out of 30, as he has in previous years.

President has gained 14 pounds since April 2025, now weighing 238 pounds, approaching clinical obesity. He acknowledges the concept of obesity drugs but has not used them.
