On Sunday, August 16, 2026, President Donald Trump arrived at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. Securing American Greatness, affiliated with President Trump’s super PAC MAGA Inc., launched its first general election advertisements on Wednesday. The ads prominently feature Trump and are part of a nationwide ad purchase.
According to AdImpact, a political intelligence firm, the group reserved $995,000 in ad spending starting Wednesday. While the ads briefly mention the One Big Beautiful Bill Act that Congress passed, they mainly highlight Trump and his policies.
One advertisement includes UFC President Dana White, a known Trump supporter, praising Trump before transitioning into clips from his State of the Union address earlier this year. The 30-second ad includes various footage of Trump, enhancing the message.
Another ad spotlights Trump discussing the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and its provisions. These include no taxes on tips, overtime, and social security. Trump is heard highlighting reduced egg prices, his administration’s efforts to lower prescription drug costs, and urging major companies to finance their power needs.
The narrator states, “He’s fighting for you every day. Help him finish the job.”
Some Republicans expressed concerns about Trump’s financial contributions to defend the party’s slim congressional majority. However, Trump indicated plans to increase spending before the midterm elections. Recently, MAGA Inc spent over $827,000 supporting Senator Darline Graham from South Carolina in her primary runoff.
Trump remarked, “I’ve raised significant funds, totaling about $850 million. I’ll be allocating a substantial amount of this for candidates I deem good, Republican candidates.”
