A shooting at a gay bar in Tucson, Arizona, is under investigation as a hate crime. Authorities revealed that the suspect carried a note listing several LGBTQIA+ businesses.

The suspect, Ousman Ceesay, aged 44, shot two people in Venture-N’s parking lot shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Monday, according to the Tucson Police Department.

Police responding to the incident found all three men suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims, Vincent Anthony Siqueiros, 42, and Cameron Davis Capara, 33, died at the scene.

Ceesay was taken to a local hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arriving, police reported.
