The Tennessee Titans have suffered their fourth successive defeat at the start of the 2026 season. The team faced a 24-18 loss against the Baltimore Ravens, a game marked by notable incidents both during and after the match.
Former Titans superstar, Derrick Henry, made headlines early in the game by scoring a touchdown, setting a vengeful tone. This did not bode well for the Titans’ morale. Despite the absence of Lamar Jackson in the second half, which somewhat narrowed the scoring gap, the Ravens’ defense successfully subdued the Titans’ 2025 first overall pick, Cam Ward.
During the post-game press conference, Cam Ward exhibited impatience, which quickly became a topic on social media. A post on X highlighted Ward’s behavior: “The Titans livestream caught Cam Ward at the podium before the media had finished with other players in the open locker room. An impatient Ward threatened to walkout if he had to wait longer than three minutes and tapped his fingers on the podium.”
Fans reacted negatively, criticizing Ward for his lack of patience and decorum. Comments surfaced on social media, with one user remarking, “3 AND 18 AND HES TIMING THE MEDIA LIKE A RESTAURANT WAIT LIST,” while another noted, “The hell? Are you kidding me? Didn’t you just watch Lamar Jackson, man? The best football player in the league and perhaps one of the very best QBs ever, and how humble he is? Who the heck are you kid?” A third user suggested, “Maybe walk out and practice.”
In the game against the Ravens, Ward completed 20 out of 31 passes, accumulating 222 yards. His performance included one interception and a touchdown.
