A 15-year-old boy suffered a gunshot wound late Sunday, June 14, 2026, in Miami’s Little Havana area. According to the police, the incident occurred outside a convenience store.
The teenager contacted police at approximately 11:08 p.m., reporting his injury. He was with a group at a corner store located at Southwest Seventh Avenue and Third Street. During their time there, shooters targeted them, as reported by the police.
The boy sustained a gunshot wound to his leg. Fortunately, it was not life-threatening. He was transported to Ryder Trauma Center for treatment.
