Spooky Season Deals: Restaurants Roll Out Halloween Promotions

Restaurants are introducing special deals and limited-edition menu items for the 2026 Halloween season. Krispy Kreme Halloween Doughnut Launch

Krispy Kreme has collaborated with Warner Bros. to create a Looney Tunes-themed Halloween collection. The collection includes four new doughnuts inspired by Bugs Bunny, Tweety and Sylvester, Taz, and Lola Bunny. Launched on October 6, the $13 Halloween dozen features these playful designs at participating U.S. shops.

Alison Holder, Krispy Kreme’s chief brand and product officer, noted, “This collection captures that playful Looney Tunes spirit in a delicious way, with dozens made for sharing and making Halloween parties, gatherings, and spooky season celebrations a little sweeter.” On October 30 and 31, visitors in costume can snag a free Original Glazed or Classic Ring Doughnut with no purchase necessary.

Shake Shack Free Halloween Burgers

Shake Shack has rolled out free sandwich promotions throughout October. From October 12 to October 18, customers could receive a free Single Cheeseburger with a $10 minimum purchase. From October 19 to October 31, the offer switches to a Single ShackBurger. To redeem, use promo code SCARYGOOD on qualifying orders via the Shake Shack app or website. Note that airport, stadium, arena, travel plaza, and museum locations are not participating, and third-party delivery and drive-thru orders aren’t eligible.

Buffalo Wild Wings Fright Feast

Buffalo Wild Wings presents the Halloween Fright Feast Menu, available from September 30 through November 9 at select U.S. locations. Menu highlights include Vampire Hunter Wings with Black Garlic Glaze and Black Garlic Glaze Cheese Curds. The Vampirita cocktail features Lunazul Blanco Tequila, triple sec, black cherry, lime sour, fresh lime, and a bat trinket. Scott Nelson, the company’s chief marketing officer, remarked on the fun leading up to Halloween, “We wanted to give guests a reason to get together throughout the season, try something new and get a little wild with friends.”

Papa Murphy’s Halloween Pizza Deal

Papa Murphy’s has reintroduced its Halloween-themed Jack-O Pizza, available for $10 through October 31 at participating locations, with variations in Alaska. Customers should verify with their local store for exact prices.

7-Eleven Halloween Food Deals

7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes offer several Halloween-themed promotions. From October 23 through November 2, selected candies are priced at $1.25 each for rewards members. On October 30 and 31, a whole pizza is offered for $7.11 in stores, and large pizzas are available for the same price through the 7NOW delivery app. Customers can enjoy $10 off a 7NOW delivery order of $20 or more with promo code TREAT during in-app checkout.

Applebee’s Halloween Wing Deal

Applebee’s participates in Halloween festivities with its Hallowings Bucket, offering 20 boneless wings for $12.99. The promotion runs from October 25 to October 31 for takeout or delivery through the Applebee’s website or app.

More offers may yet be revealed as some restaurant chains announce deals closer to Halloween. Caragh McLaughlin from the market research firm Mission Field commented on the practice, “Scarcity wins. A Halloween-themed menu item gives customers a reason to try something they might otherwise ignore.” With customers mindful of spending, restaurants strive to draw them in with limited-time promotions and value offers.

Deals depend on participation and availability, and may vary by location.
