Simon Le Bon Enjoys a Relaxing Vacation in Sardinia

Simon Le Bon, a member of the British band Duran Duran, was recently seen on a European vacation in Sardinia with his wife, Yasmin Le Bon. The couple took some time off to enjoy the sunny beaches.

Simon, age 67, was photographed in red swim shorts paired with a white V-neck T-shirt. Yasmin, 61, opted for a black string bikini. They enjoyed a stroll along the coastline, occasionally venturing into the ocean for a refreshing dip with their friends.

“I wake up in the morning and for ten minutes or so I just get to look at her sleeping peacefully. That’s kind of all you need to know about me,” Simon told the Daily Mirror in December 2010.

In addition to beach outings, Simon and Yasmin spent time with friends on a boat. Yasmin was seen sunbathing, while Simon assisted with steering the boat before both jumped into the ocean for a swim.

Their relationship began in 1984 when Simon reached out to Yasmin after seeing her photograph. They became friends and their connection grew into a romantic relationship. Engaged and married by the end of 1985, they have remained together for over 40 years.

Duran Duran gained global recognition with their 1982 album “Rio,” featuring hits like “Hungry Like the Wolf” and “Save a Prayer.” The band won multiple awards, including two Grammys and two BRIT Awards. In 2022, Duran Duran was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Today, the band continues making music. Their recent release “Free To Love,” featuring Nile Rodgers, came out in 2026. Simon is still thrilled by the creative process, saying in a Stereogum interview, “We love the music that we make together. We get the same thrill of creation that we got 40 years ago.”

Simon and Yasmin’s enduring marriage and their ability to balance work and leisure highlight their strong bond and shared passion for life.
