In Las Vegas, WWE star Nattie prepares for a significant challenge on Friday night. She will compete against three opponents in pursuit of becoming the No. 1 contender for the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship. The match is part of Triplemania 34 Night 1.
Fans new to AAA and tuning in for the first time will see Nattie face Faby Apache, La Hiedra, and Roxanne Perez in a fatal four-way match. Faby Apache and La Hiedra are prominent figures in Mexican wrestling, bringing a rich background in Lucha Libre. They have established themselves as formidable opponents with deep familial connections to the sport.
In an interview, Nattie discussed the lineage of her competitors. ‘They are dedicated to this sport, both with roots deeply embedded in wrestling. Faby’s family is steeped in wrestling tradition, and La Hiedra shares a similar heritage.’ Nattie acknowledged the rarity of their generational legacy, especially compared to North America, mentioning peers like Charlotte Flair and Stephanie McMahon.
Nattie remarked, ‘We have competitors from all over the world coming together for this match. La Hiedra and Faby Apache bring immense experience, although not within the WWE environment. Roxy will make her debut with AAA, stepping into this exciting new chapter.’
Nattie expressed her determination to claim championship gold and reaffirm her identity as the ‘Lowkey Legend.’ ‘Last year at Triplemania, I had some memorable matches. AAA shows are incredible, and the audience energy is unmatched. This competition isn’t about being friends; it’s about proving who deserves the chance at a title.’
The ultimate goal for these women is recognition and advancement in their wrestling careers, emphasizing the competitive spirit driving them. Nattie stated, ‘It’s not about friendship; it’s about proving my worth. I believe I deserve another shot at championship gold. This battle is about showing who is ready for that opportunity.’
Victory won’t come without challenges for Nattie. She must fight fiercely to reach the top of AAA’s women’s roster. Achieving this will earn her a chance at the Worlds Collide event later this month. Mexican wrestlers Komander, Faby Apache, Laredo Kid, and Lady Flammer are also highlighted in the lineup.
Currently, Flammer holds the title and will contend with La Catalina on Night 2, which occurs in Mexico City. Nattie added, ‘Winning requires every ounce of effort, scratching, and clawing my way to the top. But I approach this challenge with determination.’
Nattie reflected on past experiences where she impressed legends like The Undertaker with her fighting style. She continues to strive for success, never resting on her past accomplishments. She spoke with Bully Ray about the need to constantly prove herself.
Nattie is inspired by wrestling icons like Rey Mysterio, who remains active and in peak condition. She aspires to demonstrate the same dedication and drive to continually excel.
The upcoming match represents another opportunity for Nattie to test her skills against top female wrestlers at AAA, showcasing her character on a prestigious platform.
The anticipation for Nattie’s second consecutive Triplemania is strong, as she endeavors to achieve her goals in the competitive world of professional wrestling.
