Encountering unexpected events can be unsettling, like finding unexpected surprises on your roof. Bill Dabney from Pasadena experienced such an unusual situation when he discovered animal feces on his guest house roof, which led to an unexpected meeting with a mountain lion.
While inspecting the roof, Dabney found four separate stools. Shortly after this discovery, he spotted a mountain lion looking directly at him. This encounter suggested the large cat might have left the feces behind as Dabney refused to believe such a coincidence was unrelated.
The mountain lion, not interested in any interaction, appeared ready to spring into action. Dabney wisely decided to leave the area quickly. He stated, “Time to go!” and ran to safety.
Reports noted the appearance of another mountain lion in the vicinity days later. However, no further reports of feces on the rooftops were stated. Authorities have not confirmed if the sighting involved the same animal.
