Data from YouGov Ratings indicates that in the period from April to June, only 18 percent of people expressed a favorable opinion of the Duchess of Sussex, while 61 percent viewed her unfavorably. This marks a significant decline from the first quarter, where her net approval was minus 21, with 26 percent liking her and 47 percent disliking her.
The 22-point drop signifies a challenging period for Meghan, marked by key events. In March 2026, Netflix withdrew as an equity partner from her lifestyle business, As Ever. In April, she and Prince Harry undertook a high-profile visit to Australia. Further, in May, Meghan delivered a noteworthy address on the dangers of social media in Geneva, Switzerland.
