KJ Biermann, 15, faces serious charges following a recent indictment. He has been charged with child molestation and multiple counts of sexual battery against a minor under the age of 16. This information has been confirmed by documents acquired by Fox News Digital.
A Fulton County, Georgia grand jury indicted KJ, whose full name is Kroy Jagger, on seven counts. These include aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment. These charges are a result of an alleged incident from April. Previously, KJ was arrested and initially faced two felony charges related to that occurrence.
According to documents, the charges were updated on August 17 to include aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy after his arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia. KJ is being charged as an adult due to Georgia’s SB440 law, which permits adult court jurisdiction for teenagers, ages 13 to 17, accused of certain violent felonies.
KJ is currently held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. A preliminary hearing is set for September.

KJ is the eldest child of Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak. Their family also includes Kash, 14, and twins, Kaia and Kane, 12. Biermann has also adopted Zolciak’s daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous relationship.
In 2023, after 11 years of marriage, Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak filed for divorce but withdrew the filing in July 2023.
