KJ Biermann, 15, was formally indicted on charges of child molestation and multiple counts of sexual battery involving a child under 16. This information is based on documents that Fox News Digital obtained. A grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, brought the indictment against KJ, whose full name is Kroy Jagger. The charges include aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment, totaling seven counts.
Last month, KJ, the son of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, faced arrest and initially received two felony charges from an incident alleged to have occurred in April. Documentation from Fox News Digital confirms these details.
KJ Biermann was charged with aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy on August 17, following his earlier arrest in Alpharetta, Georgia. Under Georgia’s SB440 law, teenagers aged 13 to 17 accused of certain violent felonies fall under the jurisdiction of adult superior courts. Consequently, KJ is charged as an adult.
Currently, KJ is held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. He awaits a preliminary hearing scheduled for September.
