“During our divorce, which was so public, I wanted the girls to have their relationship with him without any negativity,” Richards said. She emphasized the importance of her daughters seeing Charlie as their father, not just the public figure known for his struggles with substance abuse.
Years after their divorce in 2006, Richards and Charlie have improved their relationship. “Charlie’s very… we have a great relationship. He lives close to us,” Richards stated. She highlighted they maintain mutual respect, focusing on the well-being of their daughters.
