Country music artist Waylon Wyatt is on the mend after a serious battle with sepsis. The illness forced him to cancel some major events in his career. Recently, Wyatt shared a video showcasing his debut album. He noted on social media, “We shot this before I got very sick. Dustpiles Vinyl is available now!”
Wyatt is 19 years old and recently updated his fans about his health. He informed them that he has left a hospital in Montana and is now in Nashville, continuing his recovery with the help of medical specialists.
“I wanted to give y’all a quick update,” Wyatt posted on Instagram. “I checked out of the hospital earlier this week and have been in Nashville with family, seeing specialists. I’m grateful to be on the mend and appreciate all the support.”
The young singer’s health crisis began on July 17, coinciding with the release of his debut album, “Dustpiles.” Unfortunately, instead of marking this milestone on stage, Wyatt shared his experiences from a hospital bed.
Despite the setback, Wyatt thanked his fans for their continued support. He acknowledged their role in his career, stating, “I wouldn’t be where I am without y’all. Touring and releasing music is a blessing I owe to you.” He expressed deep gratitude to his family, saying, “My mom and dad, I can’t thank you enough for being with me through this.”
Wyatt’s career has been gaining traction, thanks to his popular song “Everything Under the Sun” on TikTok. The exposure has skyrocketed the Oklahoma native into the country music scene.
