Brooke Hogan Addresses Family Rift

Brooke Hogan has issued a stern warning to her family, stating she has evidence to support her stance and is willing to use it. This follows an ongoing conflict with her mother, Linda Hogan, over their strained relationship.

The 38-year-old daughter of the late wrestling icon addressed her mother’s remarks about their estrangement on her Instagram Story. Brooke responded to her mother’s accusations that she had discarded her family “like trash” by saying she is ready to reveal private information should her name continue to be tarnished. She emphasized, “I don’t take CONSTANTLY dragging my name through the mud lightly.”

Linda Hogan fueled the conflict by posting family photos online, expressing the pain of their broken relationship. She stated her desire for Brooke to remember the loving family they once were. Brooke, however, claims her recollection differs and hints at making private communications public if necessary.

The family has experienced tension over the years, particularly since the filming of their VH1 reality show, “Hogan Knows Best,” which spotlighted Brooke’s music career and her father’s protective nature.

Linda and Hulk Hogan’s divorce in 2009 significantly altered their family dynamic, eventually leading to Brooke distancing herself from both parents. She clarified earlier this year that her separate reasons for estrangement have no connection to choosing one parent over the other.

In previous statements, Brooke alleged emotional and verbal abuse throughout her childhood, occasionally escalating to physical confrontations. Although she has not identified specific individuals, she noted being pressured to defend family behavior publicly, only to later realize she had been misled.

Brooke’s tumultuous family relations gained renewed scrutiny following her father Hulk Hogan’s passing in July 2025. Despite their estrangement, Brooke shared fond memories and her enduring love for him in interviews. She expressed regret for not being able to bridge their differences before his death, admitting her desire to help him.

As the Hogan family saga continues to unfold publicly, Brooke upholds that maintaining distance from her father and mother was a separate decision, devoid of siding with one over the other.
