Leading up to the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards, producers shared a lineup featuring almost two dozen country artists. The list included well-known names like Lainey Wilson, Thomas Rhett, and Little Big Town. Yet, two stars on it received particular attention.
Recently resolving their long-standing tension with a duet, these country stars both delivered performances at the event. However, they chose not to perform together during the show.
The awards, held on a Sunday night, showcased Kacey Musgraves among other performers, adding intrigue to an event already filled with top-tier talent and excitement.
