According to the New York City Police Department (NYPD), the event occurred around 4 p.m. on Thursday in the Marble Hill neighborhood. NYPD stated on social media platform X that their officers were not part of the incident. A spokesperson emphasized, ‘The NYPD is not involved at all.’
