Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Transported for Medical Treatment After Injury

Sean “Diddy” Combs was moved from a federal prison for medical attention early Saturday. According to TMZ, he suffered a head injury. Combs’ representative informed Newsweek that they are working to confirm the situation’s details.

“We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances. Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out,” the representative said Monday.

Sources at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey told TMZ that an ambulance with Combs onboard left the prison around 1 a.m. The exact cause of the injury remains unclear. TMZ noted that they had not confirmed if he went to a hospital. Upon his return to the prison before sunrise, Combs was conscious and able to speak.

Combs faces various criminal charges and civil allegations, including sexual assault, sex trafficking, physical abuse, and coercive conduct, which he denies. In July 2025, a federal jury acquitted him of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking but convicted him on two counts of transporting individuals to engage in prostitution. The sentencing results in a 50-month prison term with a release date set for March 2, 2028.
