During my visit to Topeka for the Kansas Book Festival, I plan to do what I have frequently done at events nationwide: highlight the positive aspects of Kansas. My presentation, titled “How to Raise a Citizen (and Why It’s Up to You to Do It),” will feature discussions with state Supreme Court Chief Justice Eric Rosen and Mr. Beat, a Kansas-based educator and YouTuber who has shared historical knowledge with millions online.
