“I think we always look at improvement,” Vrabel stated. He discussed the importance of personal development and how the journey for the upcoming season differs from the last. “That’s all of our jobs, is to prepare for it now,” he added.
Vrabel used an analogy of offensive line play to illustrate his point. He emphasized teamwork and the need for the offensive line to execute combination blocks effectively. He noted that just as players need to improve, so do coaches.
