Tyler Zacharia, husband of Katie Zacharia, who is the incoming White House press secretary, has made a name for himself in the film industry. As an experienced film producer, he has contributed to notable Hollywood productions.

Educational Background
Zacharia holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He completed his undergraduate degree at Georgetown University.
Personal Life
Tyler and Katie Zacharia have been married since 2011. They live in Southern California with their four children. Their relationship began before Katie’s rise in conservative media and politics, including roles at the Department of Homeland Security and Trump Media & Technology Group.
Working in China
Katie Zacharia worked in Beijing from 2011 to 2013 at Zhong Lun Law Firm’s International Practice Team, also engaging in nonprofit work with Compassion for Migrant Children. During this period, Tyler was a vice president at SGI Frontier Capital, focusing on investments in China, Mongolia, and Brazil. He joined SGI from August 2007 to July 2013.
“I went to Georgetown for my undergraduate degree and, while there, studied abroad in Beijing, China. After graduation, I traveled back to China and met a guy who was starting a private equity fund and needed someone who spoke Chinese. I knew nothing about finance, but he hired me and I learned on the job. The company started out with four people and quickly grew to forty employees in six different countries. What I learned is that when you’re doing deals in China, or really anywhere, it’s not about the facts and figures as much as your people skills. That excites me way more than sitting down in front of a spreadsheet,” Tyler Zacharia shared with Pepperdine University.
