FBI agents, along with Philadelphia police homicide detectives, executed a search warrant at Eugene Horsch’s home on West Chew Avenue on July 13, 2026. Chemicals, ammunition, and drugs were previously discovered there in June. The search marks the third visit to the property for evidence collection. Horsch, 44, remains in custody on several charges.
