Dodgers Lead Braves in NLDS Game 3

The Los Angeles Dodgers are leading the Atlanta Braves 3-1 heading into the eighth inning of Game 3 in the National League Division Series. With the series tied, Yoshinobu Yamamoto started for the Dodgers, facing off against Atlanta’s Chris Sale.

As the game progresses into the eighth inning, the Dodgers maintain their lead. Yoshinobu Yamamoto continues to showcase a strong performance, having given up just one earned run over 98 pitches. He has successfully kept the Braves at bay, with ten strikeouts recorded.

Seventh Inning Actions

In the top of the seventh, Freddie Freeman flied out, followed by Teoscar Hernández grounding out. Atlanta’s Dylan Lee then struck out Will Smith.

During the bottom of the inning, Mauricio Dubón and Lane Thomas faced Yamamoto, who struck out both Lane Thomas and Austin Riley, bringing his strikeout tally to ten for the game.

Yamamoto retired the Braves in order during the sixth inning. After Andy Pages singled off Dylan Dodd and Kyle Tucker struck out, Kiké Hernández and Mookie Betts were unable to advance the run.
