Burglary at Kim Kardashian’s Hidden Hills Mansion

Kim Kardashian’s mansion in Hidden Hills experienced a break-in on Sunday. Officials confirmed to Fox News Digital that a vehicle was stolen during the incident. Deputies from the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s station reacted to a residential burglary call on Long Valley Road, arriving before 4 p.m. They found an adult male at the scene who they arrested.

The suspect, identified as Trey Mendel, was reportedly seen placing several items into a vehicle at the property, as reported by the Los Angeles Times. Law enforcement stated, “Upon arrival, deputies located a white male adult—Trey Mendel—and placed him under arrest for burglary and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent.”

Authorities confirmed that Mendel was booked at the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station for the charges mentioned. He remains in custody. The investigation is ongoing, with the case to be forwarded to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for further action.

It was also confirmed that the stolen vehicle did not belong to Kardashian. Law enforcement urged anyone with information to contact the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station Detective Bureau. Kardashian and her four children do not currently reside in the home as it undergoes renovations.

In 2014, Kim Kardashian and her ex-husband, Kanye West, bought the mansion for around $20 million. As part of their divorce terms, Kim purchased the property and its contents from West for $23 million. As of November 2022, their divorce is finalized. She resides in the home with their children: North, Chicago, Saint, and Psalm.

Representatives for Kardashian have not responded to the incident. Authorities are still working on the case, with the public requested to share any relevant information.
