Belkys Nerey and Craig Stevens, prominent WSVN-7 News anchors, visited their new offices as part of the station’s relocation to Miramar. This move represents a significant shift for the South Florida Fox and ABC affiliate. On May 27, the anchors toured the expansive 70,000-square-foot facility located at Miramar Parkway and Red Road.
James Bry, the executive vice president of Sunbeam Properties & Development, emphasized the technological advancements of the new building compared to the current location. “This is so much more technically advanced than the building they’re in,” Bry noted in a statement to the Miramar News.
WSVN has operated from North Bay Village since its inception in 1956. The station anticipates full broadcasting capabilities from the new Miramar location by January 2027, signaling the beginning of an innovative era for the network.
