Kyle Busch 911 Audio Released

The audio from a 911 call involving NASCAR star Kyle Busch has been made public. The recording was obtained by Fox News Digital.

The audio, first released by TMZ, features an unidentified man describing Busch’s condition to a dispatcher, stating Busch was coughing up blood and struggling to breathe.

Kyle Busch is known for his victory in the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Richmond International Raceway on September 5, 2014.

The individual on the call explained, “I’m with someone experiencing shortness of breath, feeling overheated, and on the verge of passing out. He’s on the bathroom floor and coughing up blood, but he’s awake.”

Busch was hospitalized with a severe illness before his passing, leading him to miss the Coca-Cola 600 race.

Busch tragically passed away at 41, following a brief hospital stay after collapsing during a race simulation. His family, NASCAR, and Richard Childress Racing confirmed his death.

His career spanned more than two decades, marked by record-breaking wins, multiple championships in NASCAR’s top-tier series, and a significant role in nurturing future drivers in the Truck Series.

Kyle Busch was celebrated for his keen competitive spirit, earning deep admiration from race fans, creating what is affectionately known as ‘Rowdy Nation.’

As a two-time Cup champion and future Hall of Famer, Busch participated in the Cup Series since 2004, achieving 63 wins in 762 career starts. He claimed the championship titles in 2015 and 2019 and secured 234 victories across all NASCAR national series.

Busch holds the record for most wins in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, with 102 and 69 wins respectively. His latest victory occurred recently at Dover, where he led 147 laps in a commanding Truck Series win.

Busch reflected on the unpredictability of racing victories, saying, “You never know when the last one is.”

The tragic news of Busch’s death follows another loss for NASCAR, as former Cup driver Greg Biffle died in a plane crash last December with his family.
