Indi Hartwell Triumphs at TNA Bound for Glory

Indi Hartwell never experienced a defeat in her WWE NXT Championship tenure. She relinquished the title upon her transition to the Raw brand. On Sunday, she reclaimed her position in a women’s division, capturing the Knockouts World Championship. Hartwell defeated Xia Brookside at Total Nonstop Action Wrestling’s (TNA) Bound for Glory pay-per-view, marking her first career championship win in this division.

Hartwell has demonstrated resilience in pursuing the Knockouts World Championship. Her efforts in the Knockouts TV Championship Tournament ended with a semifinal exit. Consistently striving for victory, she achieved a tag team title with Harley Hudson and secured a disqualification win against Zoey Serrano.

Following an altercation with Daria Rae backstage, Hartwell earned an opportunity to challenge Brookside for the championship. During pre-match promos, both Hartwell and Brookside emphasized the importance of integrity in their bout. Despite Brookside’s efforts to retain her title, her frustration led to an altercation with Mickie James, the special guest referee, resulting in Hartwell’s advantage. Hartwell secured her victory with a Hurts Donut maneuver.

Brookside’s reign ended after 105 days, originally defeating Lei Ying Lee for the title. Hartwell becomes the fourth different Knockout to win the belt this year, following Brookside, Lee, and Arianna Grace.

In her ongoing wrestling journey, Hartwell remains a formidable champion, showing no signs of relinquishing her title soon.
