An unfortunate accident claimed the life of an airport worker at YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport in Quebec, Canada. The individual was struck by a passenger jet as confirmed by airport officials.
The incident occurred on a Monday involving an Airbus A350 operated by French Bee, a budget airline. As stated by the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB), the accident happened during ground operations before Flight BF5761’s departure to Paris-Orly.
The deceased worked for Samsic, a ground-handling company. French Bee communicated their deepest sympathies to the worker’s family and expressed support to all affected employees and teams. The airline is working alongside Canadian authorities to assist the ongoing investigation.
