Adva Lavie, also known as Mia Ventura, has been arrested again after allegedly removing her ankle monitor. Prosecutors accused the 28-year-old influencer of breaching her release conditions. She was initially released on electronic monitoring while awaiting trial for felony burglary charges. A judge has revoked her release and ordered her held without bail.
Multiple Allegations of Theft
Lavie faces charges in Riverside County for felony grand theft. She is accused of stealing items worth over $11,000 during the 2025 Coachella Music Festival. The theft allegedly involved a Rolex watch, Louis Vuitton sunglasses, and a cardholder. Surveillance footage reportedly captured the incident.
Lavie’s activities have led to more allegations in Los Angeles County. Prosecutors allege she engaged in a spree of burglaries using dating apps. She targeted wealthy individuals by posing as their companion and stole valuables once gaining access to their homes. The charges include grand theft and residential burglary.
Lavie’s Legal Challenges
If found guilty on all six felony counts in Los Angeles County, Lavie could face a sentence of up to 11 years and eight months in prison. Her fiancé, Stephen Cloobeck, faces separate charges of attempting to influence witnesses against her. Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman has stated that Lavie’s exploitative use of online relationships will be proven in court.
