Savannah Guthrie addressed her mother’s kidnapper on Monday, marking over 25 weeks since Nancy Guthrie disappeared from her Arizona home. In a heartfelt Instagram post, Guthrie urged the responsible party to return her mother, who is 84 years old, stating that her family endures ongoing suffering.
“We are in agony and will never stop looking,” Guthrie expressed. She appealed for those involved to “Make the right choice” and help the family locate Nancy Guthrie.
“Do the right thing now,” Guthrie urged. “Help us find her. Tell us where to look for her.”

Guthrie emphasized the endless pain and uncertainty her family faces since their mother’s abduction. She conveyed her belief that it is never too late to make amends and called for closure to their torment.
“I truly believe it is never too late to do the right thing. Help us bring this to an end. No matter where we’ve been and what we’ve done, there is always a way home. Please make the right choice.”
Savannah Guthrie’s husband, Michael Feldman, accompanied her as they traveled from LaGuardia Airport. Guthrie had completed her role on the “Today” show and exited early due to a security breach involving a colleague.
The family continues to urge anyone with information to contact the authorities. A reward exceeding $1 million is available through 1-800-CALL-FBI, with another option for anonymous tips through Tucson’s Crime Stoppers at 520-88-CRIME.
According to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, Nancy Guthrie was taken from her Tucson home on February 1. Details from DNA and other forensics are withheld as the investigation proceeds without closure. A ransom note linked to her abduction, indicating her death, remains unverified.
