Ayzia J. Toledo, a 22-year-old social media influencer and model, died in a car crash over the weekend. Known for her modeling and lifestyle content, Toledo was driving a BMW when she lost control on a New Jersey freeway. The incident resulted in the vehicle overturning and hitting a tree in Deptford Township, located about 12 miles south of Philadelphia.
Authorities identified the second victim as Henrietta F. Carter, also 22, from Darby, Pennsylvania. Both Toledo and Carter died from their injuries, while a third passenger sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The accident remains under investigation.
Toledo was a popular influencer with a strong presence on social media. She had more than 300,000 followers collectively from platforms like TikTok and Instagram, where she shared fashion and beauty content. Fans expressed their grief and condolences after hearing the tragic news.
A GoFundMe page highlighted Toledo’s promising future and the impact she had on her community. The page stated that Toledo was loved by family, cherished by friends, and admired by many.
The same day of Toledo’s accident, another influencer, Brianna Johnson, known as DreamDoll Brii, died in a drive-by shooting in Miramar, Florida.
