Dana White Discusses Celebrity Trump Support

UFC President Dana White has openly supported President Donald Trump, participating in multiple Republican conventions backing Trump’s election campaigns. White stands out as a vocal Trump supporter in the sports world, yet he claims many celebrities are ‘closet supporters’ of the president.

During an appearance on OutKick’s ‘Tomi Lahren is Fearless,’ White told Tomi Lahren that numerous celebrities privately support Trump but aren’t willing to declare it publicly. ‘You’d be shocked,’ White said. ‘All closet fans of Trump.’

Several UFC fighters actively supported Trump during the 2024 Michigan presidential election.

In a related context, actor Dennis Quaid criticized Hollywood’s ‘double standard’ concerning Trump supporters, as he explained to Fox News Digital in March. Quaid noted the polarized views around Trump, mentioning a dual perspective of ‘F Trump’ and ‘I love Trump’ among celebrities.

Quaid further commented on the broader cultural phenomena, recognizing a duality on various issues, such as common sense versus exaggerated scenarios.

Sports reporter Emily Austin revealed to Fox News Digital in May that she experienced backlash for supporting Trump while also receiving private affirmations from individuals, including NBA players.

The relationship between Dana White and President Trump has been public, with the two seen together at UFC events, notably the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House on June 14, 2026.
